In this advanced course students will work with advanced Photoshop techniques to create realistic photographic rendering of projects as well as 3D modeling to create physical objects from a 3D printer. We will also explore the program AfterEffects and will look at the potential of motion graphics and animating 2D graphics in a 3D space. This course is at the intermediate level and a basic knowledge of design and software is an absolute requirement.

 

CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is an intermediate level survey course which explores the principles of digital media utilized for visual communication. Instruction will incorporate the primary hardware and software utilized in the digital media industry today.
