Take Graphic Design History Online this Spring 3/21-5/21/16: NEW class

We've just been given the green light to offer a NEW section of graphic design history FULLY ONLINE that will run March 21 to May 21, 2016 taught by Candice López. The popular class takes a different approach and there is no memorization of names or dates. After taking the class you can walk into a museum or look at a design publication and recognize Cubism, Futurism, Constructivism just to name a few. You will be able to look at images you have never seen before and identify them. In just 8 weeks you will build a journal of styles and learning how to do this will be creative jet fuel for your own work. This class is popular with design students and those outside the major who want it for humanities credit. The course reference number is 50013 and you can register now for ART Graphic Design 118 by typing in City and Graphic Design. The journal below by Dana Palmer showcased the journal project. SIGN UP RIGHT AWAY AS CLASSES START NEXT WEEK!
